The straight line is considered the minimum contribution of human intellectual intervention on nature: the World tends towards horizontality (point of view) and verticality (gravity), so do we. The idea is to reach the perfect straight line. In the artwork, there are several lines: a sort of trial to practice the right movement. Different brushes are used in all the artworks of the serie, which wants to investigate the repetitiveness of the gesture, the idea of what and how something is considered straight and the sculptor power of a simple line.
