Standard delivery
The standard delivery is door to door, at ground floor, to street level and is made by express couriers as DHL, UPS or FEDEX and it takes about 3-8 working days for the delivery in Europe, once the product is shipped, the client will receive the tracking number to follow the shipment progress.


In case of bulky order and/or fragile products, the shipping is made by specialized couriers and the delivery time can change based on size and exact destination of the order and anyway, it takes normally around 6-12 working days once the order is placed and can take some days more, if there are very fragile products, such as marbles tables, big mirrors or, everything needing a special care.

Please note that delivery dates do not include holidays and extended holidays. For out of stock / made on order products, waiting times do not include days from August 1 to August 27, while for in stock products shipments occur regularly with the exception of 14/15/16 August.

 Delivery time: how to calculate it?

Depending on the size and the destination of the order, the delivery time may vary. Once the order is placed, the average availability time of each item is indicated in the product description section.

For the calculation of the delivery time, is necessary to add to the average availability time the estimated shipment days with a standard courier or specialized courier, based on the destination and the size of the order.

For example, a product not indicated as in-stock, with a 2-3 weeks availability time, will be in our logistics within a maximum of 3 weeks from the order confirmation. Once the product has been stocked in our warehouses, standard shipping time will be calculated with expected delivery within 5 working days.

 

Products purchased in the same order are usually shipped all together. However, depending on the customer’s need, it is possible to arrange separate shipping by contacting our Customer Service, by +44 020 452 003 03 or sending an email to info@uniqueluxurydesign.com

Please note that, if possible, in-stock products will be delivered the very same day of your order; the other items will be sent out as soon as they are delivered to our warehouse.

 

 Ship transportation

We also provide ship transport by sea cargo for voluminous packages. The estimated transit time is about 2-6 weeks and may vary according to destination.

 Delivery cost, duties and taxes

With regards to delivery cost, for the most part of products in our catalogue, standard delivery is free after £2000.00 (The standard delivery is door to door, at ground floor, to street level). On the other side, for big volume products, we may ask for an extra charge that is shown in the product page and at the checkout process. With regard to custom duties and fees and local taxes (VAT), when owed, our courier's customs broker will contact you by phone or email as soon as the goods arrive to inform you about the amount and payment methods, providing step by step assistance.

It's buyer's responsibility to pay customs duty. The shipping cost we provide does not include customs duty (import taxes) and clearance charges in the final destination. Customers will have to pay them prior to the delivery of their package or at the time of the delivery. In United Kingdom this tax are already included in the shipping cost if is not specified.
